Maintains integrity of the Polly’s Brand through commitment to deliver quality in production of our goods and recipes. Maintain Polly’s standards of Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. 
                                   

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation.


• Manages daily production and communication of product counts with Coaching team.


• Prepare breakfast items for bake including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc.


• Prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc.


• Daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings.
