Key Responsibilities

Reporting to: Managing Director & Head Chef

• Culinary Production & Quality Control: Oversee the daily baking of pretzels, rolls, and specialty breads to ensure optimal freshness and consistent quality. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times rigorously to uphold high standards and minimize wastage.
