We are seeking a BAKERY ADVISOR to join the team of a leading yeast manufacturing company in the Western Cape’s Epping, Industria . This role is a unique blend of technical baking expertise and commercial sales drive .

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing expert product support for our Bakery Specialties portfolio within retail key accounts. This is a highly active, field-based role (90% on the road) that requires traveling into various areas, including townships.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Baking: Baking daily in targeted stores to demonstrate product quality.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving customer complaints on-site.
