The Mid-Corp Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. This role leads and directs a team of professionals and requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function to achieve objectives. It uses in-depth knowledge of the business impact of technical contributions and demonstrates strong commercial awareness. The manager is primarily responsible for delivery of services to businesses and geographic regions, ensuring end results, controlling resources, policy formulation and planning, budgeting, hiring, compensation, disciplinary actions and performance evaluation.
