Bancassurance Field Coach

Job Purpose

We are looking for Bancassurance Field Coaches to join our company. The job holders will be responsible for the commercial support and development of the Bank Branch Network within their assigned geographical area of responsibility.

They will drive growth and increase penetration of insurance solutions within their area of responsibility through branches systematic support, relationship strengthening with bank partners, training delivery, performance monitoring, and fostering of the commercial strategy.

What you will do

• Support designated Bank Branch Netowrk with to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day collaboration with branch teams, acting as the primary point of contact for insurance solutions and sales-related topics
