Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials.
• Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
• Provide product training and regular updates to bank employees.
• Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
• Deliver excellent post-sales service and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Follow company compliance and operational guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Field Sales.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
