Position Overview
Job Functions:
β’ Drive retail banking and channel sales performance by developing and executing strategic marketing plans
to achieve revenue and activation targets.
β’ Support day-to-day operations of Banca Heads and ensure attainment of sales goals.
β’ Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., BLU, Finance, Claims, Policy Services) to support sales
operations and service delivery.
β’ Prepare and submit regular productivity, sales, and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
and annual).
β’ Handle client and partner requests, including quotations, policy issuance, and issue resolution.
β’ Ensure compliance of sales processes with underwriting and technical procedures.
β’ Manage relationships with key business partners, including bank relationship managers and distribution
channel officers.
