About the Role

Drive Bancassurance's sales for the assigned region by coaching a team of Financial Executives, conducting product training, supporting promotional events, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Track performance, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative team environment to achieve sales targets.

Ensure to achieve Sales Target (breakdown by product), e.g. Regular Premium, Single Premium, SME EB & Others.

Co-organise and support on branch sales by meeting specific min. no. of activities per month.

Provide servicing support to bank partner and/or customer.
