Band 3 Healthcare Assistant – Part‑time

Location: Regional Occupational Health Team (ROHT), Vimy Barrack, Catterick Garrison

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday‑Wednesday, 7.5 hours per day)

Main duties of the job

Support ROHT clinical staff in the care of Service Personnel receiving specialist occupational health interventions. Responsibilities include:

• Transitional support for Service Personnel moving to civilian life following employment decision.
• Provide advice to Personnel Recovery Officers and at monthly case reviews.
• Attend monthly case reviews with Occupational Health Clinician to review caseload.
• Attend triage meetings to receive allocated Service Personnel onto caseload.
• Lead or act as link for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) in the department; undertake IPC audits, attend regional IPC updates and share information. <...
