About the Role

Bank Alfalah’s Internship Program offers students a hands-on introduction to the real world of banking. Interns will be placed across dynamic departments, gaining practical exposure to how a modern financial institution operates from customer-facing functions to internal operations and strategic support roles.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced professionals across various departments (subject to placement)
• Participate in structured onboarding and orientation sessions
• Gain exposure to real banking processes, systems, and workflows
• Support ongoing projects and day-to-day departmental tasks
• Attend learning sessions and mentorship touchpoints throughout the program
• Present a final project or learning summary at the end of the internship (if applicable to your track)
