MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Bank Reconciliation 

• Run extracts of all iMal transactions for each bank account and update the cash book accordingly.


• Reconcile all iMal entries against bank statements, ensuring transactions are accurately allocated and recorded.


• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding reconciling items.


• Prepare and provide bank reconciliations to external auditors and respond to audit queries as required.

ABG Bank limits Reporting

• Update cash balance and interbank placement information for ABG reporting by the 6th of each month.


• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reported information.
