Based at the bank branch, the Bank Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and servicing retail banking clients, handling walk-in inquiries, and providing financial advisory on the bank's products and solutions, including insurance, investments, unit trust, and mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new retail banking clients through cold calling (leads provided) , networking, and referrals.
- Attend to walk-in customers and address their banking inquiries and needs.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
