Banking Associate Solicitor to join the Dubai office of an international law firm.

Responsibilities

This role offers the chance to work closely with well‑regarded partners on a broad mix of transactional banking, finance and restructuring matters across the UAE and the wider region. The practice advises financial institutions, corporates and government‑related entities on a range of banking matters, including corporate lending, real estate finance and acquisition finance, on both a conventional and Sharia‑compliant basis. It also has a strong restructuring and insolvency offering, acting across distressed debt situations, consensual restructurings and formal insolvency processes.

The team acts for a strong regional client base, including leading UAE banks, advising both lenders and borrowers, as well as on selected private credit matters.
