Banking & Finance Knowledge Lawyer | Elite US Firm | London

We’re currently supporting a leading US law firm in the search for a Knowledge Lawyer to join its London Banking & Finance group.

This role would suit a finance lawyer who enjoys digging into the detail behind transactions and is interested in helping shape how a modern finance practice captures, shares, and delivers knowledge. Alongside supporting complex leveraged finance work, you’ll also be heavily involved in innovation initiatives, legal tech, and process improvement across the team.

The role will involve:

• Managing and developing finance precedents, know-how resources, and transaction playbooks
• Working closely with lawyers to support technical queries and evolving market practice
