Description We are looking for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling bankruptcy matters in Chicago, Illinois. This is a Contract position suited for a detail-oriented candidate who can manage filings, monitor case activity, and help keep deadlines and court calendars on track. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with bankruptcy motion practice, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prepare legal documents accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and submit bankruptcy-related motions, pleadings, and other court documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with adversary proceeding filings and support related case documentation throughout the litigation process.
• Draft bankruptcy case materials and help organize supporting records for attorney review and court submission.
• Maintain up-to-date case tracking to monitor deadlines, filings, and key developments across active matters.
