To provide high-quality food and beverage service during special events while maintaining a professional friendly and efficient presence.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform with palm pin at all times.
• Maintain and deliver Raffles Service Culture and operational excellence.
• Must know the standards set by Raffles Dubai.
• Ensure mise-en-place is complete.
• The ability to gather and transport all supplies needed for the setup of a function but not limited to silverware, chinaware, linen, skirts, glassware, condiments etc.
• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, chairs, linens, décor).
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow proper service styles (plated, buffet, family‑style, cocktail service).
