POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the successful set-up, breakdown and servicing of banquets, functions and meetings while providing superior guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Adhere to all casino and departmental policies and proceduresMaintain a professional appearance.Set-up and tear-down as instructed for meetings, banquets and functions.Ensure proper handling of equipment during set-up and break-down to minimize wear and tear.Notify Banquet Captain of incidents or conflicts that affect normal business operation or guest services.Ensure functions are set fifteen minutes prior to the start time.Ring up Food & Beverage orders as needed.Ensure a maximum level of service and satis...
