            Job Description

Set up banquet venues according to event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, and service equipment
Provide professional food and beverage service during banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events
Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service sequences and quality standards
Attend pre‑function briefings to understand event requirements, menus, and service flow
Liaise with supervisors, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service execution
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
Clear tables and reset spaces promptly and efficiently between courses or events
Handle guest requests and queries politely, escalating issues when necessary
Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, and safety standards
