Position Overview A 5* hotel in central Sandton with over 200 bedrooms seeks to employ a Banquet Supervisor. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Must have operations experience, matric and hospitality qualification as a prerequisite. Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting management in 4/5* hotels with a minimum of 4 venues with maximum capacity at 350 pax. Accustomed to high volumes and pressure, be willing and able to be physically and mentally active, able to work shifts and weekends. Driver's licence / own transport essential. Provide recent references from direct superiors of last two employers. Eligibility Open only to South African nationals.
