Position Summary:


This position is responsible for serving guests in accordance with department policies, procedures and steps of service.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Provides prompt and courteous food and beverage service to banquet guests

+ Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of assigned work stations

+ Maintains a safe and sanitary work area

+ Responsible for clearing dishes, glassware and trash from work stations
