Role Summary

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are to lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards of service and positive morale.

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus, ensuring alignment with current trends and guest preferences.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly and effectively to uphold guest satisfaction and the establishment’s reputation.
