Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and positive morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to maintain optimal par levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; implement corrective actions when necessary.
