Bar Manager for the KENA rooftop restaurant in Hotel El Fuerte Marbella, responsible for leading the bar team, managing product, cost and customer experience at the bar.
Responsibilities
- Communicate departmental objectives to restaurant staff and review critical processes through daily mini‑meetings.
- Direct and coordinate the bar team during all services.
- Manage the beverage menu in coordination with the F&B Manager, including cocktails de autor, sakes, wines, sparkling wines and spirits.
- Control bar purchases, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure adequate stock at all times.
- Conduct weekly bar inventory accurately, recording real stock and detecting shrink deviations.
- Participate in the monthly general inventory together with the F&B Manager.
