Position Overview

            Bar Manager – Job Responsibilities  Key Responsibilities  Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
Lead, supervise, train and motivate bartenders and service staff. 
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower requirements. 
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest feedback or complaints professionally. 
Monitor stock levels, place orders and liaise with suppliers. 
Conduct regular inventory counts and minimise wastage, breakage and theft. 
Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards. 
Develop and update drink menus and seasonal promotions. 
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving revenue targets. 
Ensure compliance with Singapore's liquor licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service. 
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in the bar area.
