Duties: Serve food and beverages professionally. Explain menus and specials. Upsell wines and menu items. Ensure dining area cleanliness. Handle guest requests efficiently. Coordinate with kitchen and bar. Prepare cocktails and beverages. Maintain beverage stock. Ensure all F&B areas are clean and maintained Recommend wines Ensure all Mise en place is carried out as per SOP.
