The Barback supports bar operations by ensuring bartenders have the tools, stock, and setup required to deliver fast and efficient service. This role is essential to maintaining bar flow, cleanliness, and service readiness during busy periods.

Bar Support & Preparation

• Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
• Ensure bar areas are fully prepared before service
• Support bartenders during peak periods to maintain service speed

Cleanliness & Organisation

• Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, storage areas, and back bar
• Wash, polish, and restock glassware as required
• Manage waste and recycling in line with standards
