Position: Full-time, On-site. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities - Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
- Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist shop assistants as required by shop management.
Qualifications - 1β2 years in the coffee service industry.
- 1+ years in customer service industry.
- Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Energetic, friendly, love to smile, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
