Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Craft exceptional coffee beverages using high-quality beans and precise brewing methods ensuring each cup meets our high standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Engage with customers to provide personalized service accurately taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences
  • Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently ensuring accurate transactions and managing the cash register responsibly
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food service is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of barista experience or relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
