Summary

A Barista will exceed the expectations of all guests in a multitude of tasks that include, but are not limited to, taking orders and serving food and beverages to patrons at the coffee shop.A Barista’s duties include but are not limited to preparing food and drink items to specific Jo’s standards, performing daily duties assigned by management and help to maintain Jo’s high level of cleanliness.Furthermore, Baristas are expected to provide customers with a singular experience, a consistent product, high quality food and drinks, and must be committed to superior customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

·Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training material, memos and verbal instruction

·Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and adhere to dress code policies, wearing the Jo’s uniform and closed toe shoes
