Position Summary
This role involves completing opening and closing duties, managing supplies and tools, preparing food and coffee beverages, handling cash transactions, cleaning equipment and areas, and ensuring safety and security compliance. The employee will also support team collaboration, provide excellent guest service, and perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, and working in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas during opening and closing times.
- Input orders into the cash register and MICROS systems and collect payments.
- Make coffee and beverage items, operating appliances as required.
- Clean dishes, utensils, equipment, tables, and the area throughout the shift.
- Handle cash: obtain change, count bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, and resolve discrepancies.
