Role Overview

As a Barista for Bench Coffee Station, you will be the face and the flavor of Suyen’s newest and most exciting coffee venture. You aren't just brewing coffee; you are crafting an aesthetic and sensory lifestyle experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee beverages, maintaining pristine bar hygiene, and delivering warm, high-energy service that perfectly aligns with the Bench brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Crafting & Quality Control

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and non-coffee beverages (espresso, pour-overs, cold brews, teas, and signature drinks) according to strict brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Dial-in espresso grinders and calibrate espresso machines daily to ensure optimal flavor profiles, extraction, and milk texturing (latte art is a major plus!).
