Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Quezon City. The Barista will prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to cafe recipes and standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, handling payments, and providing courteous, efficient customer service. The role also involves basic food preparation such as heating or assembling light snacks, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, restocking supplies, and supporting overall cafe operations. The Barista will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth service flow and uphold health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
