Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our clients and staff while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to clients and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, reordering as necessary
- Keep up to date with coffee trends and techniques to enhance service quality
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with occasional food preparation and serving as needed
