- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, workstations, and dining area.

- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Assist with opening and closing store operations.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.



Qualifications

- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate of any course.

- Relevant work experience as a Barista and/or Cashier is required.

- Knowledge of coffee preparation and cashiering procedures is an advantage.
