At the helm of the team behind Aita Clinton Hill is Mayflower — a small speakeasy bar tucked away on the Waverly side of the restaurant, serving seasonal and classic cocktails, natural wine, and a rotating tap of local beer in a cozy atmosphere with no pretense. We offer an extensive selection of special spirits with a focus on small, minority-owned/women-led brands and an emphasis on Aperitivo/Bitters and Amaro.
Since 2012, we have welcomed both beloved neighbors and new faces from all over. Our philosophy has always been quite simple: celebrate diversity, make good cocktails, and create a memory to hold onto forever.
