At Rixos Phu Quoc, our bars are about great service, good energy, and consistent quality. We are looking for a Bartender who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient service.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve beverages in line with hotel standards and service procedures.

• Prepare and serve beers, spirits, soft drinks, and mixed drinks.

• Support Mixologists during service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter and work areas.

• Assist with bar set-up, mise en place, and simple garnishes.

• Take guest orders accurately and deliver service in a polite, professional manner.

• Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed.

• Assist with stock handling and report low supplies when required.
