Position Overview

            Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards 
Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages to guests 
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation 
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area 
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment 
Check guests’ identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements 
Handle guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service 
Operate POS systems and process orders accurately 
Assist in bar opening and closing duties 
Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations 
Adhere to workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies
