Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: 
Delivering refined, attentive, and personalised service to every guest 
Preparing and presenting premium wines, spirits, cocktails, specialty coffees, and other beverages to the highest standard 
Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and barista-style coffee preparation 
Guiding guests with confident beverage recommendations and pairings 
Maintaining an impeccably presented, well-stocked, and organised bar environment 
Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and service excellence 
Contributing positively to a collaborative, professional, and guest-focused team 
Criteria: 
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender within a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium wine estate environment
