Position: Bar Somm

Bark's wine bar is centered around a curated wine program and an innovative beverage menu that explores the intersection of wine, cocktails, and hospitality. We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about wine, beverage culture, and guest experience.

Bar Somms are responsible for guiding guests through our wine program, preparing wine-based cocktails and other beverages, maintaining beverage quality standards, executing garnishes and presentation, and helping create an engaging and memorable experience at the bar.

This role combines elements of wine service, bartending, and hospitality. Ideal candidates are comfortable discussing wine with guests, executing beverages with precision and consistency, and contributing to a beverage program that pushes the boundaries of traditional wine bar service.
