Job Description
Available Shift:

M-F: 5am-1:30pm


The facilities base building technician will lead and support building inspection and maintenance processes/repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and systems in the facilities. This role will perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.   


A day in the life…

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures

• Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned

• Ensures that work performed is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption of building services
