Within our Operations department, you will work with processing machines in a professional and well-organized environment, where there is room to learn, take responsibility, and grow.

As a Basic Operator, you are an important link in the production process. You combine technical insight with a hands-on approach and, together with the team, ensure that machines are optimally set up, products meet quality standards, and the workplace remains safe and tidy. You will work in shifts (3-, 4-, or 5-shift systems) and be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collegiality are second nature.
