About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Batch Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our batching plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring quality standards are maintained, coordinating plant and equipment maintenance, and leading the site team to deliver a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the batching plant to ensure production targets are met.
Oversee the production of materials to meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Coordinate production schedules and deliveries with customers and transport teams.
Ensure all plant equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and arrange replenishment as required.
