The Opportunity

Barminco Mining Services Canada Ltd. has new exciting opportunities for Batch Plant Supervisor at the Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia. Working a FIFO rotation of 14-shifts on and 14-shifts off.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Batch Plant Supervisor is responsible for safely and efficiently managing daily shotcrete/concrete production, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient operations. They oversee personnel, maintain machinery, manage raw material inventory (cement, aggregates, dust, additives, etc), and coordinate dispatch. This hands‑on role involves troubleshooting technical issues, running computerized batching software, and optimizing production schedules.
