My boy is born with medical complex needs he is on 24*7 ventilator has ostomy bag . I have been going through issues with nursing agencies about staffing .thats y m reaching out at this platform ,if anyone willing to choose different compassionate pathway to help with medical complex needy baby and family .i will trained the person ,m RN as well
