Position Overview

            Min. Diploma & 15 years of strong aviation and MRO experience.
Managing day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations (scheduled and unscheduled).
Monitoring production plans and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Coordinating aircraft status and operational updates.
Overseeing reporting, documentation, and shift handovers.
Allocate bays/slots for aircraft based on maintenance schedules
 Ensure smooth movement of aircraft in and out of bays 
 
 Coordinate with ground handling and operations teams 
 
 Plan and supervise aircraft maintenance activities (line/base maintenance) 
 
 Coordinate with engineering, quality, and planning teams 
 
 Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower 
 
 Monitor maintenance progress and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
