Job Description:
You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidentsRespond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient mannerDisplay excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistanceThis role requires you to be physically fit and able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time of up to 3-4 hours in between break periods.Monitor for and escalate security concerns within the Emergency DepartmentAssist in developing security plans for high-risk patientsProvide security presence and support throughout the Emergency DepartmentUtilize verbal de-escalation techniques to manage conflictsOversee and support patient watch guards within the Emergency DepartmentWork closely with local Law Enforcement and Emergency ServicesEnsure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors within the Emergency Department<...
