Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and RFP technology ownership

  • Act as the day-to-day owner of the firm’s pitch and RFP automation technology, ensuring it is stable, well configured and fit for purpose


  • Translate user needs and business priorities into practical system enhancements and configuration changes


  • Monitor usage, adoption and performance metrics to ensure the technology delivers measurable value across the organisation


  • Optimise and embed AI capabilities within the pitching and RFP processes to improve efficiency, quality and consistency of outputs
    • Credentials, experience and data management

  • Own the Ogier-wide approach to capturing, structuring and maintaining credentials, experience and other core pitch and RFP data


  • Define and implement data standards, governance and quality controls to ensure information is accurate, current and suitable for client-facing use
