Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kingdom for manufacturing factories/plants like Pipes, Tissues, Garments, General trading etc. any other commercially viable segments across Saudi Arabia.
Build and manage a strong project pipeline, from initial prospecting through to signed contracts.
Prepare project budgeting and operational design of portfolio and services to prospective clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's revenue and growth targets.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed with management.
Maintain and deepen relationships with an existing network of real estate developers, property owners, PMCs, and corporate clients in the KSA market.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
