Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Head Bartender for the Beach Club to lead our luxury resort bar team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage service standards, mentor staff, and ensure an elevated guest experience while crafting cocktails and overseeing inventory.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of luxury hospitality bartending, strong leadership, English fluency, and familiarity with POS and cash handling. Bartending certification is preferred; hospitality passion required.
