- Assist with daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment for clients’ comfort
- Support team members in preparing treatment rooms and managing spa supplies
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
